Frequently asked questions

• I’ve tried to log in but can’t remember my user name or password

Answer: Use your email address as your user name.  If you have forgotten your password click on the ‘Forgot password?’ button.  It will ask for your email address and you will be sent a link to create a new one.

• I don’t yet have an account with you.

Answer: If you haven’t bought from us before or want to access any of our free tutorials that become available, you can create a new account.  In the menu you will see ‘log in /New User Register’  This will take you to a page where you can click on the maroon Register button.  Fill in your details and an account will be made for you.

• How long does it take before my account is activated?

Answer: Once it is verified your account will be activated within 12 – 24 hours.

• Where do I find my tutorials?

Answer: Go to ‘My accounts’ in the menu bar or drop down menu.  Scroll DOWN the page until you see Your Courses.  Any course you have access to will be listed there.

• Where do I find the course materials.

Answer: Each course has a ‘Materials’ button.  Click on that for your line drawing, image and course brief (not all course have this available yet).

I want to go to the next lesson but it won’t let me until I finish the one I’m on.

Answer:  To bypass this click on the lesson complete button at the bottom of the video or use the arrow to forward the video to the end.
