21. Cat
Watch the angles and then it's basic black and white. You have 30 minutes. Enjoy 🙂
22. Swan
It's all about the neck sweep and the darks. 30 minutes. Including cygnets (or not).
23. Model
I hope you enjoy this posed mannequin! it is tricky so look at the angles to help you.
24. Otter
Another great exercise in shading, concentrate on shape and shadow. 30 Minutes
25. Brush
Two brushes and it's all about the angles, tones and a bit of shiny. Time is 30 minutes
26. Spoon
Today's challenge is this spoon. Check out the video first to see How I approach it.
27. Clip
This sketch is about odd angles and shapes. No shine to the clip - just little highlights.
28. Bag
Look at basic shapes and draw accurately. Use a DARK pencil and erase off areas.
29. Farmer
An interesting one that has you looking at the negative space and using a very dark pencil.
30. Bottle
This is a DARK bottle. Remember to start with a straight centre line. 30 minutes.
31. Fungi
It is fun to draw fungi and leaf litter! Watch the video for the quick way to draw leaf litter.
32. Cup
A nice, tricky tea cup with a pattern to get you in the mood. Should take you about 40 minutes
33. Feather
I think you'll enjoy this lovely feather. Stay soft and light on the fluffy part. 30 mins.
34. Lemur
Today your 30 minute sketch is a lemur with contrasting fur colour. Lights and darks.
35. DragonF
Look at the dark and light and the illusion of transparency. Aim for 30 minutes.
36. Penguin
Here you will be looking at direction, angles and shape. Aim for 30 minutes of fun.
37. Leopard
Watch the video for the secret to easy spots - you will do well! Aim for 40 minutes.
38. Macaw
Look at the angles and shapes. Focus on the head and suggest the body and feathers.
39. Giraffe
Draw. Tone. Fiddle. A few diamond or shapes in the head and some angles to watch out for.
40. Boat
Look at light direction and reflections. Block in the big shapes, Adjust then detail. Aim for 30 minutes.
